Stock Information

• Block Allocation: We maintain a rigorous stock of raw travertine blocks exclusively reserved for our mosaic precision-cutting lines to guarantee color-batch uniformity.

• Batch Uniformity: All ready-to-ship sheets are thoroughly sorted, color-graded, and logged under strict production lot numbers to eliminate severe color drift across large-scale surface areas.

Packing Details

• Box Packaging: Each 300*300mm thick mosaic sheet is isolated with protective paper layers to prevent chip abrasion, then securely packed into reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes.

• Crate Security: Individual boxes are systematically stacked inside sea-worthy, fully fumigated closed wooden crates. The internal perimeter is lined with shock-absorbing high-density styrofoam to withstand heavy transit shifts.

Shipping Details

• Container Loading: Due to the substantial 1.8 cm thickness, these mosaics carry a heavy weight profile. Containers are precisely loaded and balanced up to regional port limitations (typically keeping within 21 to 27 metric tons per 20-foot container) with heavy timber bracing.

• Global Logistics Ports: Shipments are processed through major international deep-water stone ports, providing flexible trade terms including FOB, CIF, or direct door-to-door DDP freight solutions.

Payment Details

• Standard Commercial Terms: A 50% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) advance deposit is required upon order verification and proforma invoice issuance to initiate custom cutting and mesh mounting.

• Balance Terms: The remaining 50% balance is settled upon final quality control approval at our facility before container sealing or against the presentation of a clean Bill of Lading (B/L). Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for verified high-volume project contracts.
